Default SC8 Center Diff

Are there any tricks or advice to getting to the center differential in the SC8? It *appears* that I basically have to tear the truck down to get to it. Since I didn't build the truck in a kit, I'm curious if there is anything I need to be concerned about or be aware of, along with what is the quickest and easiest way.

Thanks for your help.

Take the servo arm off the servo unhook the thottle linkage from the engine. take the 4 screws out of the top of the center diff. Pull the top 1/2 off the remove the center diff.

If you don't have the manual you can download it
