ive had 2 of these batteries now, 1 in my mbx6 buggy and one in my mbx6T truggy, i use ace ds1015 servos which are known to be alittle hungry on the power. i can get 3 x 8 minute mains and 18-20 minute final and still have about 450mah laft in the batteries, i have discharged one really low by accident (forgot to charge after a day of practice) and all that happens is your steering slows right down to a crawl. i charged it back up straight away and it took 1420 mah and away she went again. i suspect they are actually around the 1600 mah mark but are advertised as 1400 to be safe. as far as im concerned they are far better then my V-Tek Lipo reciever pack i had because i had to run a voltage reg which added more weight and made the battery box alittle tight for my liking. i will be sticking to these batteries for a while to come, thanks Cobra racing for the great product.

Hi.

How do you charge Cobraracing LiFePo packs? As the headline say, they are 6,4 volt batteries (3,2 volt pr. cell). All other LiFe batteries is 6,6 volt and you charge them to 7,2 volt.
Can you use "normal" LiFe program on your charger?

Cheers

my charger calls it A123 rather than liFe but it's the same charge program..took 640mA to top up mine on delivery...

angelo..any plans to add TX packs..I'm after one same as this http://cgi.ebay.fr/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...=STRK:MEWAX:IT for my futaba 3pk and as I have every intention of ordering more RX batteries from you (I think several other members of my club will be interested too)it would be nice to order all batteries from the same source..

How do we get hold of the RX packs in Australia. The cobrarc.info website has not Aus Dealers listed?

If no one's taken on the role, I would be interested in distributing in Australia.

thanks

I have 4 of cobra's batteries now a hump for my kyosho and 3 stick for my xray and couldn't be happier.Reasonable price and shipping.fast delivery and so far the batteries work great.Best thing for me is not having to check and top up all my batteries the night before a race.charge these up and leave them months and they will still be charged and ready to go.none of that discharging themselves in your pit box like NiMh..Now all I want is a LiFe cell to fit a glow starter
