Default exhaust line

I have a mp9 buggy and wanted to know if it makes a difference how long the exhaust line from the tank to the pipe is. If anyone knows that would be great.

iirc it needs to be at least 6 inches long. if you decide to make it longer than that it helps to smooth out the exhaust pulses, but its not nessicary

6-8 inches is about right. Some people say that it makes a big difference, I've never experienced that. If you want to use longer line (greater line volume) but don't want a lot of extra tubing in your car, you can run a fuel filter in line with the filter element taken out, has the same effect as adding a few extra inches of line.
