Default Painting a body

Hey guys, i was wandering if anyone has ever painted a body with kyrlon fusion paint i am doing it all the same color and if so how well it holds up, or if i should just wait and get the regular RC paint. Thanks

If the Krylon Fusion paint is NOT an RC paint then it will absolutely not work. It will melt the lexan and you'll end up with a totally ruined body.

Isn't there a Painting forum for these kind of questions? I don't see how this is Nitro Off-Road related...

Very true, But I will answer the question anyway.

I have never painted a RC body with the krylon, however I do use it to back my bodies. It is flexible like RC paint so it won't crack off. For painting the body itself, grab some real rc paint.

k thanks guys i just wasnt forsure my local rc shop didnt have any and my wrap came in today so was gonna see if that would work so i could run the body this weekend but from the sound of it will defineatly wait for the rc paint to come in.

Just a quick FYI- I've used the Fusion paint, it does not melt the lexan. It's not as durable as lexan paint but works just fine.
