Default Hold all RC things on balcony?

Hello, can i hold my RC cars, parts, engines, batteries etc. on the balcony? The temperature is no colder than 10 degrees Celcius?

just beware of the morning dew that makes everything all wet. maybe make a little carport for it. have something covering the top of it, but leave a couple sides open for air flow
