You need to put the Kingheadz suspension block from the Lightning series. It calls for you to drill two 4mm holes on the chassis to lock this block in place, preventing the hingepins from ripping out of the bulkhead. My friend Gotspeed2000 told me about this upgrade and it becomes bullet proof! Or you could use M2C captured hingepins. It has nuts on both sides preventing the suspension blocks from separating. Check out the other thread mentioned. Alot of great info there.

The front diff case is broken. He needs a new diff case and the m2c hinge pins.

If you are breaking the bulkhead, especially the side of the bulkhead that the input gear is on then you should consider the King headz upgrade I've done. Using the King rear lower mount in the 3 degree model, then drill the chassis to use the 4mm screws from under the chassis. Jesse Robbers did this, but used the stock rear mount and 3mm screws to help keep the hinge pin mount from pulling on or damaging the bulkhead. Look a few pages back and you'll pictures of what he did and what I did when I mounted the King Headz mount. Good luck.

If the holes are ovaling, then do what I said about filling the extra holes with thin layers of CA. Make sure you apply thin layers at a time.
