Default PICCO HELP

I have built and torn down quite a few engines.

This one has me stumped. I built a Picco EVO 2 from new parts.

The issue I am having is the engine will turn over for a short period. If I blow through pressure line and send fuel into carb. However it will not coninue to send fuel into carb. I thought it was a clog pressure nipple. I removed pip cleaned and tried a different pipe still no luck. It will send fuel through lines if I hold stinger and bump engine on the box. The engine is sealed Lucky 7 on back plate, pinch bolt, hsn and carb neck.

I have noticed fuel around the front bearing. The bearings were already mounted in the case so I can't vouch for them. I can replace with some new and even TKO's if necessary. That was my plan anyway after I got a gallon through.

However would the bearing leaking cause enough pressure loss to prevent fuel from pumping into carb?

Thanks in advance for you ideas, suggestions and knowledge!!!

I will do that however Lucky 7 is a crack filler. I have always used it after the engine is assembled. NEVER use Lucky 7 as a gasket maker it is not Nitro proof. As a matter of fact I don't really suggest using any sealant as a gasket maker or applying any sealant where it can be exposed to nitro. Most of the sealants on the market are NOT nitro proof. Better safe than sorry!!!

Maybe you have a crack in your tank or a crack in the internal pickup line in the tank. If it is a crack in the internal pickup line then the tank will pass the pressure test but may still cause the problems that you are experiencing. I would try a new tank.

if the front bearing leaks like hell then it would prevent the motor from building any pressure as it would all go through the front bearing.
Try the simple things first.
Replace your tank, if that doesn't solve the problem then replace your front bearing with one from TKO.

+1, My front bearing was sucking air so bad, that It would not prime even if I covered the stinger.
