Default tuning help please

i have a picco p3-28 and im baffled with the tune,it seems to perform great, trail of smoke, temps about 220 after a full tank...but when i pull to a stop the idle is really high for about 20 seconds then drops to normal,i have a return spring on the throttle and have checked, the slide is closing all the way...im thinking this is a low speed adjustment issue and im needing guidance to the proper cure.

to make matters worse my first race is tomorrow(friday)at 10am

Your LSN is too fat, lean it. As you get closer to the right setting it'll take longer to drop to idle, when you get it right the idle will stay high. Once it does that readjust your idle screw.

The fat bottom end is loading up the engine with fuel and you're getting a false idle. With this going on you may also be too lean on top.
