Default Couple of steering questions...

Guys when I watch these videos on youtube of races I see these guys doing SUPER sharp turns at speed...

My RC8T is no where near that lol

What do I need to be able to turn like that?

They don't, they are very good at timing the exact braking, steering and throttle inputs to get their vehicles to rotate like that. The right tires and setup for the track help too.

tires have a ton to do with it :-/ but theres alot of factors... just getting the right combo of setup for the surface and timing brakes

another thing to keep in mind [if you're not already] but a little power goes a long way with a 4wd car, they turn much better under any amount of power in contrast to just "rolling"

atleast thats what im told

see from the vids it looks like they have SO much more throw...

I was trying to figure out a way to put a longer steering arm, and go with a stronger steering servo to make mine do like on the videos lol

Guess i just need to practice my driving

its not about steering throw at all, most cars have to much steering throw causing people to turn to much.If you see a car understeering its usually becase to much throw was used.
