Default First Nitro Recommendations

I would like to get into the nitro part of RC's. I've done electrics for a long time but would like a nitro to run when I have the time and space (i.e. weekends, camping trips, etc.)

I already have some fuel, glow igniter, receiver pack, and fail-safe so if that matters, I have that already.

Preferably under $300, but I may be able to go higher if it is worth it. Simple and easy to tune/work on. Right now I have a Summit and Revo so I was thinking something more stadium truck-ish. 4wd is a plus. Durable is also important. Fast is nice, but not necessary (I hear most nitros are fast anyways). I won't be racing.

Anyways, let me know what a good starter truck would be. Even if it doesn't meet what I was thinking, let me know why.

Not 4wd, not too sure of the quality of the servos, but should be good as a beginner truck.

Have yet to have a bad experience with AE, except the "loctite" they use is more like JB Weld.

If you bumped your budget just north of $400, much more possibilites open, but for sub-$300, that should work.

I just edited my first post to open the price up a little. If I can convince my wife that the extra money is worth it, then I can go higher. (thanks for the recommendation)

And a set of rims will run you about $12, so for an extra $100 or so, you have a race-worthy truck.
