Default OFNA .32 Force motor?

I took this nitro power trugger (mutilator) home from the hobby store today to mess with. It has a OFNA 32 motor on it with the hpi roto start to crank it...

I got the peice for the drill and when i crank it it makes the starting noise but just dont fire. I have a feeling it is flooded or needs some adjustment on the air / fuel mix for the carb....

Does anyone know where the manual / stup instructions are for this motor? i could not find them anywhere .....

thanks!
