Buggy is quicker and handles well. Thats what I thought till I got the Losi 2.0 truggy. Truggies are the my fav.

In my experience with racing (mostly electric) i found that the truggies are much tougher than the buggies. But the buggies handle better and are quicker. My favorite truggy i owned was the duratrax raze st. It is pretty quick handled well. The main reason i liked it so much was that it was extremely tough. I would bash this truck just as hard as my savage with no major breakages. To purk it up a bit i had an O.S .30.

I would say truggy is much more fun to drive/race...

but being GOOD at racing Buggy is much more rewarding/self fulfilling [much harder to drive a buggy fast compared to truggy]

+1, truck is so easy and are capable of handling the most brutal tracks which in turn makes them a blast to drive. But, I love the challenge of buggy.

when i first started racing, truggy was the best thing ever...couple of years later, i hate running truggy. Almost feels like a handicap class. Buggy definitely takes more skill to drive, but man, they are so much fun to drive, especially now when they have gotten so much better. easy as all sin to maintain. Truggy is too much on wear and tear, tires cost a grip now and days as well...

Buggy is my vote.

and if you are on a budget, the slash class is fun as all hell as well. Turnouts have been epic for that class too.

I been through MT, Truggy, then buggy and I'm in love with the buggy. The class is very competitive so keeps things interesting. I've run my friend's slash a few times and that class is super fun. There's always 10+ truck turn out... Tons of fun.
