Default Alternative air filter oils

I've seen K&N air filter oil in an aerosol spray can at an auto shop. Will this work for as a foam filter oil?

Is there any other brand that sells air filter oil in that same thick, and sticky viscosity? I'm just looking to get it in bulk at a better price than the hobby shop selling a tiny bottle for 5+ dollars.

Go to a motorcycle shop, I just purchased a quart (BEL-RAY Foam Filter Oil), It's exactly the same color and viscosity as the RC filter oil , I won't need to buy for a long time.

Like someone else said, head down to the local motorcycle shop. I got a quart bottle of No Toil foam filter oil from the local Honda dealer. Great stuff.

I use Motorex (Oil of Switzerland) for my filters.... if it keeps a YZ250 engine clean then my little toy cars have no worries.

Rock oil is made by Swaff, been using it for over a year. Washes out easy and works great.
