I think if xray had the American budget for a top level driver, it would be anyones game.

Why are losi drivers so offended when someone else trys to suggest a different car?

the losi drivers are like a cult . they are not open to new idea's or individual thinking . if you threw a losi 8ight off a bridge they would all follow it lol.

JamminKrazy is not part of the Cult...he uses the "OFNA starter box" so they kicked him out of the club...all the guys with the Losi starter box still however ask jammin to start their Losi's on his Ofna starter box..

So replacing dogbone pins at 4-5 gal is too much on the 808? Seems to me I replaced my pins on my losi & my mugen at about the same.Only on my 808 the cv pins actually stay in the cv joint.Havent spent time with a 2.0 yet but I'm buying one soon for a project.I think my 808 is superior to my 1.0 in every way.As far as cost goes you buy the 808 & run it,& run it,& run it,then you start looking for things to spend money on its a wierd feeling when you first get a 808.Dont feel like doing maint for a week or two then dont, makes no difference with the 808. Run at the same track all the time? When you find an alignment you like leave it, it wont change no matter how hard you are on the car. Not being able to buy x-ray parts at every shop you go to sucks but your not already making orders at a-main now for other stuff? Listening to 666boy I keep thinking everything he says is wrong with the 808 actually aplies to the losi I had more. I would choose the 808 without thinking twice but what ever makes you happy is the best car for you.Feel good=drive good. After seing his replys I hope I never meet 666boy cuz he just sounds like a angry person.Toy cars should make you a happy person or you need another hobby like pulling the wings off flys or something, scary.
