Brand new Losi 8ight 2.0 clutch nut won't fit Sirio...
Hey guys, the title pretty much says it all. The clutch nut that came with the kit won't fit the crank on the Sirio Kanai III STI. Any ideas? Can i just get a nut that fits the crank? The motor didn't come with one, any ideas are greatly appreciated. hopefully someone ran into this problem also... Thanks, Taylor

ALL crank thread's are the same pitch on .21-.28's

LOL. I have a EVO III. I thought the same thing. You need to remove the allen bolt that is screwed into the end of the shaft in order to get the nut to slip on.

i know how to put it together guys. the clutch nut slips over the crank down to the threads but won't thread on. it's a different pitch. the clutch nut fits my OS motor just fine. Does anyone know if a different clutch nut will fit the threads of that sirio motor. The collets are fine. it's all just the nut won't thread on the sirio motor.

Ill say it again...ALL 1/8 .21/.28's share the same Thread pitch for the crank's....Sirio did not go changing anything.

Are there any shims between the collet and bearing?
