Default clutch shoes?

can anyone tell me how to take off/put on clutch shoes? i have no frickin idea how to take these off and i want to pull the crankshaft out to look at it.

I would make a video, but I have an essay to type.
It's kind of hard to write out a description, in my opinion.

Ok I need to ask how you have almost 2600 posts in 9 months but you cant take off clutch shoes? Have you not been paying attention?

ive never taken them off before. i mean ive tried and they flown across the room because i just yanked em!

i can pretty much do everything else. im a basher not a racer. i really dont do as much maintnence as you do.

Flying across the room, jabbing yourself with a screwdriver. Sounds like how I was doing it until I bought a Losi Clutch tool last week. It has pretty good directions with pictures. Well worth the $10. the hardest part was for an Associated fan to buy something in a losi bag, but I got over it pretty quickly.

Basically, if has a flat piece that slides under the springs to get them out of the groove to make them easier to remove.

sportwerks makes one also..less money, works just as good and it doesn't say Losi on it

Get the clutch tool, say a prayer, put on some glasses and get your experience like everone else, may the force be with you
