Nope, just fit 3 screws with a lock nut on the bottom so it limits how far you can slide the pegs. You have to leave the pegs loose so you can slide them back and forth to switch between buggy/truggy.

Here's Air8 explanation

2s2p 6000mAh 7.4V @ 20C = 120 amps.

4s1p 2000mAh 14.8V @ 15C = 30 amps.

pballer2777 14.8v is a 4 cell.
The batteries wired 2s2p will still only be 7.4v, wire them as a 4 cell 4s1p and you will have 3000mah 14.8V @ 20C = 60 amps. Still twice the amps, and possibly too much, but different to above.

I was originally running 2 stick Lipo packs, and had no trouble, but changed to a single 4 cell due to advice recieved on here, similar to above.

The other thing you can do is buy a 2nd lid for the Truggy box, and set it up to be quick change. Set up each lid for your different vehicle. I did it with my MP9 and ST-RR and it works awesome. Put little cuts where the lid hinges, so the lid can just lift off at that end.

I'm making an OFNA Truggy start box to work for the Losi 2.0 buggy and Truggy.

Question?
When you guys are using the top plates from the Losi box are you using the Losi hardware kit as well? Are you using the springs and everything?

Also, I have two of the 2 cell lipo packs that are 4000 mah each. Should I just use one of these? Do you think 2 would burn the motors up? I've heard 2 wouldn't burn the motors as long as you don't keep it engaged for a long time?

Use both. starter boxes need 4s lipo's. It will be the same as 1 4s at 4000 mia. Using 1 battery will not be enough power.

dual 4000's will also put out significantly more amps then a single 4 cell would tho...that's where the problem is.
