Default Clutch Bell Question:

I need a replacement clutch bell for my Kyosho ST-RR. It appears that the clutch bell is thinner than the standard bell @ 20 millimeters vs 22 millimeters, as the crank shaft won't extend all the way out through the outer bearing on the standard one I purchased from AnswerRC. Other than a Kyosho brand, what aftermarket clutch bells can I use that are this thin? Thanks!

Damn! Sorry that bell didn't work. I can send you a Ofna bell I have out of the package... don't think it's used for free. I also want to send you a crank extender and some shims to make the one you have work.

WOW, thanks Mike! I had purchased a 14 tooth bell from you last month, and when i just ordered the 13 tooth I finally got around to swapping the old one out. That's when I discovered the 2 millimeter difference! I had no idea that they weren't all interchageable...who knew? I also didn't know about these shaft extenders you're talking about. Sounds like a great idea, cuz I really love your products and want to use your bells if at all possible. Do you need anything from me, as you have all my info? Thanks for such remarkable customer service dude...you and your company ROCK!!

Yes I have all your info it's all packed up and will go out in the AM. Thanks for the kind words, I'm just trying to help build this brand up and get you guys what you need. Thankfully I'm not relying on this for anything other than racing money.

You can use the Odonell z01b clutch bell for the st-rr. It is the same size as the Kyosho one but for half the price!!!
