c hub vs pivot ball

ive been driving a pivot ball car forever. the vehicle i drive has a c hub conversion available for it. what are the handling characteristics between the two? thanks

I think with the C-hub you will not have any bumpsteer which as you know can be fixed on the pivot ball. People say you have more consistent steering with C-hub but I do not notice it. C-hub IMO takes less setup time to get the car to turn really good compared to pivot ball but I think Pivot ball is more durable and is the reason I prefer it. I have noticed on alot of C-hub cars when you turn the wheels to full lock that both wheels are turned the exact same amount vs. the pivot ball where the inside wheels seems to turn sharper then the outside. Anybody please correct me if I am wrong but these are just my opinions.

:lol::lol::lol:That pics funny as hell bro!!!How far the wheel turn in relation to each other is more due to akerman plate settings & where the outer tie rod end was designed to connect to hub than chub or ball difference.I also see with the new mugen that can be changed.I like chub for ease of dealing with.I thought ball was stronger than chub when I ran mugen but the chub on my latest car has proven to be much more durable than the ball.I think that depends more on MFG than design now.
