Im sure they get there filters free so they change them after every run. The average racer dont so we look for ways to make things last.

Most pro guys who get free stuff, just throw out dirty filters and put new ones in...I usually throw out my car when the ashtrays get dirty

These guys just toss the entire engine once the filter gets dirty. After all we are buying their engines for them.

They don't bother with no stinking filter maintenance.

Also why are you guys constantly stealing my ideas. I thought I was the only one in the world using pet wrap!

Josh Wheeler uses them, he was the third fastest qualifier at the worlds. I've seen Kody king with one, and Jeremy Kortz. I'm sure Wheeler gets his filters for free, but he still uses them to reduce filter maintenance and save those new OS Speeds.

How does that guy who wears his wifes pantyhose on
the drivers stand think it keeps his filter any cleaner?
Just joking. I think the wrap works great for me because
we run mostly on a dusty farm track that doesn't get
watered down and rolled smooth every time we run. It's
also good to have some handy if a turn marshal gets
hit in the head with a truggie.

I use it cause im not a sponsord driver and get all my stuff for free.. and rather then clean the outerfilter all the time when warm water and soap is not available at the track, I choose to use this stuff. ALso creates more time wrenching/setting up buggy then cleaning filters

How do you secure the free end of the wrap?
Do you use somekind of @clip@ to hold the edge?
