i do have a small tear on the end of my boot. will changing the boot completely clear my problem?

i have bought a novarossi p5x carb here, just to try out on the extech. which carb insert should i run on this carb?
try the 8mm

RTV is not fuel proof......you need som Lucky 7 or Racer's Edge carb sealant.

lucky 7 or continue to have problems. It is flexible and will do the job. Had the same problem on my FM Extech 24 too. once you seal it up... good luck controlling it!!
