8ight 2.0 rtr question
the rtr doesnt feature a TFT chassis right?
if i want the specs of a 2.0 RR, like the TFT,
what do i need to buy to convert it into the 2.0RR?
edit: can the starterbox can be used with a gell cell 12v?

you would have to get the thicker chassis that comes with the losi 2.0 roller which i think is 3.0 and the thicker shock towers i think are 3mm too. i think thats it and for the starter box yes u can use a 12v gell cell if the stater box has a holder for a 12v with it . i think the box that came with yours is the same as my losi eight starter box and i run a 12v in my and it has prently of power just make sire is really fully charged.

Stock 2.0 Race roller chassis is 4mm...tower's are hrmm...come to think of it...i dont know how thick the 2.0 tower's are......Ill check later. 
as for upgrading a RTR to Pro version it's little more involved then just tower's and chassis...there's hingepins and shocks caps also.
Most any 1/8 starter box can use a gel cell.
