Default compression issues

i have a dynamite platinum .28 motor that has rediculous compression so much to the point of my starter box motor fried trying to start the stupid thing. even when i take the glow plug out it still takes alot to turn it over please help

that really makes a difference cause iv done that and it starts but just dies after about 30 seconds just long enough for me to put it on the stand to tune it. also whats the best tune for top end and low end screws

raise the idle for a few tanks until the engine loosens up
