Default Problems w/ LRP

I have an LRP Z.28R, and had no problems with it whatsoever.
Changed the glow plug last Sunday (original ran perfect for 1 1/2 gallons, just wanted to put a new one in), and finally ran it today, and it runs like utter crap.
Didn't touch the tune at all, just switched from the stock glow plug, to an O.S. A3 (believe that is it), almost identical in size.

The problem is that I can not accelerate. AT ALL. Tops out at about 5 mph.

I am running it on 20% Top Fuel (fresh gallon!) in an Associated MGT.

I know it is not my tune, because I ran it in 20-degree weather all the way up to 75 degree weather and did not need to change it at all. Finished tuning it for the race season last week though, and ran fine until this happened.

try another glow plug and also check the Carb to make sure it's tight.I have the same engine and I had problems with the carb comming loose.Couple of the local racers had their carbs fall off during a race

Can't try another brand of glow plug, somehow I accrued 3 of these and they are all I have, and this one was brand new. I'll try a new one tomorrow.

Also took out the shim in the head to see if it helped, and it did. Barely.
