Default websites explaining setup?

i remember going to a couple web pages when i was just starting out in nitro that explained in detail and in easy to understand terms about setting up the car and engine tuning.

Only thing is i dont remember what the url;s are. I have a friend that is starting out in nitro. so far he is doing very well but still has alot of questions. I am thinking that printing out the pages and giving them to him will save some time and headache.

If you know what the urls are for pages like i described above are please post them here.

Thanks

On the hudy site you can download their manual for the 1/8th scale setup station.

I think it's pretty much regarded as the setup bible.

I looked around their site and couldn't find where to download. Do you have a link to the download? Thanks
