Default Al. Clutch shoes eating clutch bells

Are there any aluminum shoes that won't eat up the clutch bell as hard as some other do?
Although the softer ones will be done in a a race or so...are there any particular brands that will prolong the life of the clutch bell and still offer extended shoe life?

I currently use the Xray 1.71 ones which do last way long time but tend to eat up the bell more than i like.

Will Associated RC8 clutch shoes work on Mugen/Xray style flywheel and clutch nut?
