Default nitro blast and engine cleaning

my carb injecting needle and nipple were a bit cloged so i unscrewed the needle all the way out, blasted the needle housing, needle and nipple with nitro blast then soaked it back in the nitro fuel to rinse it off and reinstalled it. Wow what a difference! i know my engine will run better now!

Btw, i know nitro blast is very bad for inside the engine but i didn't see any harm with cleaning the needle. Did i make a mistake???

yeah dude its fine.
I put that Associated green slime on both my high and low speed needles to seal them up and make sure that i dont have any air leaks. and makes it super smooth to turn the needles

Easy to turn needles are actually bad....Yoyr car is one big vibration the easier it is to turn the needles the more likely they will wonder and mess with your tune. You want your needles tight as you can get em, and still be able to adjust them, that's why we change the o-rings frequently..to keep the needles tight and in place
