Default amain hobbies/ protek?

i just bought a protek 14.8 4s lipo for my starter box from amain hobbies. when i took a look at the battery i noticed that the packaging label was correct but the battery inside was actually a 7.4. i contacted them and it seems like they are going to take care of it. sucks that i paid for it to get here before the weekend. i was just wondering if it was my bad luck or if anyone else had the same problem? thanks

Had this happen to me with a OFNA fuel bottle I got from Amain. Package number was for the large bottle but the little bottle was inside. I called Amain and they had a few like that in stock. They spoke with OFNA and OFNA wanted to talk to me. I called them and they were silly. They wanted me to mail them the 3 dollar bottle back before they would send me a large one. They would not pay shipping either. Called Amain back and they sent me the correct bottle. No questions asked. Great service from Amain. OFNA on the other hand was down right stupid.

the customer service was cool. i dont think there will be a problem. it just sucks to have to wait. i waited for them to get that battery in stock for over a month, they finally get it in and its the wrong one. no real complaints, amain has always been quick and friendly.
