Default Is this the same part as the sportwerks

Amain stopped carrying the sportwerks back plate pull start eliminator for the losi 427 enigine. When amain carried it they said that you would not have pull the pin out to convert to a starter box. The part number was SWK8057 P/S Eliminator Back Plate

Is this the exact same part. Just put it in without having to change anything.

Yep, same thing. I actually just called Horizon Hobby about this very thing. They said it's the same part, just made by Dynamite now, thus the new part number.

Ok thanks guys. I ordered it.

It looked the same but with this hobby you never know.

Going to get the motor mounts know. Thinking about going with King Headz. Is there anything else I will need to covert my 1.0 RTR to use a starter box.

Get the KHZ extended mount for your losi. It is a great piece. It limits the flex around the spur/cb, which extends the life of your clutch bearings greatly. Not to mention the quick change aspect. I think that would be all you will need.
