Questions?? V-spec help

I have v-spec freshly rebuit with one weekend on it and the case cracked on the bottom behind the front bearing.Is this something common with the v-spec?

it is if the rod is allowed to stretch and contacts the case..

how did the rod look when you rebuilt it?

They were new!!!!!!!!!

how did the rod you took out look? was it scared from hitting the case?

They were replaced when rebuilt!
