i just want to drive the damn thing. I spent 6 hours trying to tune it today and i never even got it off the starter box.

that link doesnt work but the 2 engines I would recommend are the nova n21bf or the go 3 port sport. Nova =150$ Go 3 port = 100$

If the 33% nitro you are using is traxxas top fuel I would switch after you finish it off. Use byrons, sidewinder, nitrotane, or odonnel if possible. Try to get the 20% versions of which ever you get because it will be easier on the motor and will be easier to tune.

my engine still has normal compression and some other people say it is fine, but i cannot get it to start. What do i have to do to get it to start??? Obviously i will get someone else to do it. But is it possible?

Did you change your glow plug? It will be fried.

You may also be to rich now too.

ya change your glow plug,prime it and make sure your glow igniter is charged.

glow plug still glows. But it could still be fried??

ok 2 threads same thing but anyhow if your idle gap is 1/8 of an inch thne it is too much gap that is why it is racing close the idle gap to 1/16 of an inch
