Use a hair dryer to heat it up. That should make it really easy to start.

You can leave the ignitor on a minute or two. When the motor temp gets up to temp take it off. It sounds like the new motor is cold and has alot of pinch.

I'll try the hair dryer trick and leave the glo igniter the next nice day. Thanks for the help!!
