I recently bought a grey Mugen BII box and a 25c Evo 2s pack. The motors mine came with were total junk, even after getting two fully functioning motors I wasn't impressed.

So... I ordered two "OFNA Starter Box 775 Motor w/Gear (for 10246/10247)" which won't drop right in but with some drilling and dremeling they mount nicely... and the included gear works perfect. Now the box is really really strong.

If I had it do to over again I would have bought the OFNA truggy box that those motors are made from.

Hope it helps

you'll need a lipo charger and a 4 cell lipo....rewiring the box would also be a wise idea.

For starter box lipo's you usually see 2200-2500 4s packs. Of course 4S means the four lipo cells are wired in series which results in what they call a14.8 volt pack.

For instance A-main sells alot of these "ProTek R/C 4S Li-Poly 15C Battery Pack (14.8V/2200mAh) (Starter Box)" 51.99

Those cells are pretty middle of the road quality. Without getting into exactly what the C rating is, just figure that higher is better. Tons of choices for you out there, go shopping!!

that pack will work just fine......there is no Universal "best" connector...its all personal preference in the end....Deans are the most common.

have some one who knows what they are doing solder on new connectors if need be....no sence is screwing up a Brand New lipo cuz the wire's "accidentally" touched.
