I had the same issue when I first bought one of the MX-3fhss. I read the manual and I tried to get it to bind but it just wouldn't work. If I remember correctly, I think I did the opposite of what the manual said to do. It has been sometime since I initially did this but I think I turned the cars receiver on first then the transmitter and I finally go it to bind.

I followed the instruction manual to the letter and I couldn't get it to work. I tried several times to get it to bind without success so I then decided to do the opposite of what the manual instructed me to do and it worked.

Good luck, I wish I could help you further.

The manual says turn the RX on push the bing button then the radio. Tried that 100 times no good. Then I just tried the opposite 50 times no good. Thanks but any more help you could give me would be greatly appreciated, I have a race tomorrow.

I had the same problem with my M11. I turned on the Transmitter, then I held the bind button on the RX then turned that on, the RX would blink fast, then I hit the bind button on the TX and it worked. I am not sure if it will work for you but I hope it helps.
