Hey ya'll, i've got the ofna .28 that I need to replace the crank on, I have a brand new crank ready to go but I can not get the piston sleeve out for the life of me, I have tried the zip tie trick and it moved it about a 1/4 of inch out the the port but its so tight it won't come out.......any ideas? thanks in advance, Bobby

heat the block so it will expand and use a toothbrush handle to push the sleeve up

heat gun, or make sure your carb is off and any other not metal peices and put it in the oven at 350 for about 7-10 minutes. You are talking about getting the sleeve out right? If it is getting pusked up 1/4 inch that should give you enough room to gently pry iut up carefully around the top lip of the sleeve with a large flat head screwdriver after the zip ties push the sleeve up a bit.
