Sorry about the late changes the details are
Tri state hobbies will be the last round
there is no points series just 4 money races
Quad State Nitro Series is the new name
there will not be anymore changes to the series
Friday practice is optional there will be plenty of practice on Saturday morning
there will also be a short practice on sunday morning

here is the new info guys we are just going to sign up at the track the day of the race


Quad State Nitro Series
Indiana / Kentucky / Tennesee / Ohio


Whitehouse Raceway (TN) - May 8th, 9th and 10th
Reo Raceway (IN) - June 12th, 13th, and 14th
Asylum Xtreme (KY) - July 10th, 11th, and 12th
Tri State Hobbies (OH) August 7th, 8th, and 9th

Classes:

1/8 buggy
1/8 truggy
Slash

Sign-ups:

Call the track for sign ups
Sign ups will close at 11am race day sharp.

Racing & practice:

Friday- practice 4pm-8pm
Saturday- 9am track opens, practice 9am-12pm , drivers meeting 12:15pm racing starts at 12:30pm. There will be 3 rounds of qualifying on Staurday.
Sunday- 9am track opens, practice 9am-10am, 1 qualifier starting at 10:15am. Mains will follow.

Mains:

A main buggy and truggy 30 min
B main 15 min
C mains and lower 7-10 min depending on turnout. Slash 7 mins all

Qualifying: 4 rounds rocket round qualifying 3 on saturday 1 on sunday

Entry fees:
1/8 buggy $35.00 ( no discount for second class)
1/8 Truggy $35.00 ( no discount for second class)
Slash $20.00

We will only take 150 entrys

A main payouts:

1st $500.00
2nd $225.00
3rd $125.00
4th-10th $50

Payouts are based on 50 entries or more each class.

Tech and Protests:

We will tech: return springs, fuel tank plugs, and no prototype tires will be allowed.
Tech inspectors & race committee: 1 person from each track per round
Protests: any protests will be a $50.00 fee if you win the protest you will get your money back Race committee has final say.
Rain delays- unless it rains the whole weekend we will just shorten the amount of qualifiers and shorten the mains to make it work.

After discovering that Mothers Day is Sun.May 10, The first race at White House, has officially been changed to a 1 day event. You may practice Fri. afternoon till 8:00 pm.

Three qualifiers and then the mains all on Sat.
We are just going to sign up at the track the day of the race.

Please make a note of the changes. only a 1 day race to hopefully boost interest, and minimize travel expense. Hope all can attend!!!!!

I guess we need to thank the Mothers. This is a blessing in disguise. The one day event will really help the turnout. Looks like Bickel is in on the idea as well. Hopefully, the other tracks will step up and make the same change. I have already talked to 8-10 racers that wasn't going to race the series change their mind.

I am going to let each track set up the races as they wish that just makes it easier for everybody
