EDS or MIP. Hudy are nice but you pay extra $$$ for the name. The EDS ones are made from the same material.

I have used the MIP (aka Thorp) wrenchs when I started 20 years ago and am still partial to them. I like the plastic Vaco handles and tip quality is on par with if not the best.

We have an O'Donnell sponsored driver at our track that has a full compliment of OD's wrenches and those are real nice if you like the snap-on ergonomic style of handle.

MIP. They've been around for 20 years...for a reason.

So who is using what and how do they hold up. Thanks for the input.
Same situation. My Proline tools are terrible. The 2.0 rounded out a tip in about a week, the set screws on the 2.5 and 2.5b handles stripped out a week later. I bought the hex, nut, phillips and blade drivers, so I wasted about $150 on tools I thought were supposed to be good. Thanks Proline

best are tools from a company that actually specializes in making tools
and you dont have to pay the extra for RC company branded tools that lack in ergonomics and quality.

i prefer WERA tools however i got few Hudy protools (those with plastic handle), some EDS and few other, but I am slowly getting all wera stuff

2 yrs. ago I purchased the Losi hex and socket wrenches & have had great luck with them. They have a alluminum handle so they have a nice solid feel to them. They are a good quality. I wrench on 3 rc's doing constant maintenance and they have held up with out flaw. I did just recently replace the tip on my 2.0 mm, but it seems to be the 1 that gets used 90% of the time.
