Default Fuel Line Quality

I just got through breaking in my Savage XL and during this process the fuel line to the engine tore at the engines input valve. I was surprised just because the truck is brand new. Are there better fuel lines on the market? If so, what would you experts recommend?

I like the neon green durbo nitro line, I usually get ten feet or so at a time and replace it every so often just to be sure.

I recommend staying away from venom fuel line, it doesnt seem to have the "grab" dubro has so its much easier for you pressure line come off.

HPI fuel line is pretty bad as well for tearing and cracking.

VTX fuel line - 6.2mm thick
GS racing line 5.5mm thick
RB line ~6mm thick

anything 5.5mm+ is ok
6.2mm line is hard to fit into fuel line holders on tanks

Also does anyone knows if all the fuel lines have the same or suppose to have the same inner diameter? Was always wondering abt that...and also does diameter affect the engine and its performance?

Prather is available on spools so you never run out. I have using this fuel line for many years in boatracing! It won't get hard or crack after many tanks of fuel.

Kyosho line is pretty thick. Most of the time I use dubro line though.

Ive actually used a Roll of Venom Clear for almost the whole last season and never had a tear or hickup...it has a little thicker wall then even the losi tubing and its Dirt cheep.

i get the venom solid color fuel line, on my third spool now. i really like this stuff. only drawback is that since it is solid color you cant see if air bubbles are present,, but that hasnt been a problem over here
