Hey, Im helping a mate out oh his hyper 7.. And replacing the hinge pins. Im trying to get the Pins out.. and OMG.. What a pain, I cant seem to get the out.. I have used pliers.. I can get them so there flush one end.. and sticking out the other but no further.. And that's by smacking one.. end I have tried spraying WD-40 over the pin.. and moving it.. but it is fused to it.. any tips.. ?

Yea, just done that with a Clamp too.. toke some serious beating haha.. but all done thanks..

Try grabbing the slightly exposed end with visegrips to get a good hold. I've had to use a small punch before to get it started. Best of luck!!

use a small hex driver.

apply heat and see if that frees things up

however, if its that stuck you're probably better off replace'n the plastic as well

I wouldn't recommend this. I've seen several hex tips chip when used to try and tap out a stuck hinge pin. Another hinge pin or punch is best.
