the best combo in that range is the Novarossi N21 Bf with the dynamite 053, or 086 pipe

I have a Sirio S21 S. It is a 3 port and it is really solid. Most major engine companies have a 3 port for around $200. Your best deals are on eBay. The Go engines are $200 for the 7 port motors and have heard good things about the "NEW" model. I would never buy a used motor!!!!!!!! Get something you can afford off of eBay new.

I also have a hyper 8 port in my sons Hyper 8 and it is wicked fast. I have it running rich just so the kid can control it. They aren't as high of a quality but they are ok. A little tough to tune when they are well used. James

For a short track GO TECH 3 port race= $180 Dynamite 086 $40-$50, Anywhere you buy a Go they will be the newer version. Or you can get the 7 port race $200 Dynamite 053, And if you need some real hard hitting low end the 5 port race Dynamite 086. You cant go wrong with either the 7 port is the most common for buggy I have the 3 and 5 ports and both are sick. The 7 is more for large tracks that why I dont have 1, no need.

Hyper 8.5

I have a similar issue, i have a Hyper 8.5 with a Hyper mach .21 engine, and its lost compression so i want to replace it. Can anyone tell me what will have more power and/or better performance regading a .21 mach hyper vs Novarossi 2001BF .21.
The hyper engine has been really good and i'd like to stick with it if you guys recomend me to. I noticed the novarossi has short stroke 2.0 horsepower and revs to 30,000, where the hyper mach 21 has 2.7 horses and rev's to about 40,000. but they both have the same displacement. this seems to be one of novarossi's lower end engines, however ive heard novarossi engines are kick arse so im still interested in the comparison.

If anyone could help that would be great
