Default Aluminium parts

Hi, i was wondering what the advantages of aluminium parts are, or which ones are worth upgrading?

It really depends on the car. Usually you want to avoid aluminum, but there are exceptions like, certain A-arm mounts are a good idea for several cars instead of the plastic pieces.
