Ofna X1-CRT CVD Question

1 Attachment(s)
Hey guys...I got a way to remove the pins that wear out on CVD's(at the joint)...my question is,i was able to find a mugen part number for the 3mm pins, but now i need the bigger 4mm pins that the 3mm pins go through...basically rebuilding CVD's instead of spending $50 each time a need 2 new ones.

This is for the Jammin X1-CRT

Jammin CVD's are non rebuild able as far as i know....and ya it sucks 50$ a pair...i played that game for over a year running big modded .28's which would eat a set of bones in NO time.....i eventually ditched the truck....1 solution is to use different CVD's....the Kyosho ST-R bones are a direct swap but you need to change out your hex's as they use a smaller pin to hold them in place and drilling out a Hardened steel CVD to use a bigger pin is pointless...just get some kyosho hex's and the CVD's should drop right in....i bought a couple set's of CVD's but never got the hex's and eventually sold the truck and gave the bone's to a buddy running a X1 BCE conversion.
