350 for 10min, put the new bearings in the freezer

use an oven mit, fold up a towel and lay it on the counter..

take the block out of the oven and smack it on the towel, the rear bearing should fall out, if it doesnt put it back in for a few more minutes

you can use a wooden dowl or something similar to push out the front bearing.

put the new front bearing in first, then take the new rear bearing and put in the crank shaft and slide it in the block

i normally throw a flywheel on real quick and tighten it down to make sure the rear bearing is seated fully

hope this helps
