Default O.S. 21VZ-BV SPEC ROD QUESTION

was thinking of putting the rod out of a o.s. speed v-spec #osm23755020
in to my o.s. 21vz-bv spec stock rod #osm23755000 will it work ??
it is time for a new rod the speed one looks nice put will it work

Yup you can use the speed rod in the normal v-spec. Can't go the other way around(v-spec rod in speed) but speed rod in v-spec works just fine and is a good upgrade if you ask me.

Yup, you will get additional oil through the conrod in addition to the oil from the standard crank.

thanks for the info just got a e-mail from engine support hobbieco aka
o.s. engines comfirming this going to put the speed rods into both of my
v-specs have full mods tko bearings on both mod work done my
Rick at RB mods the rods will be a nice addition
now i will be a fast lawn dart thanks guys
