This Sat.(April 11) should be a great day to come get a feel for the track(warm-up race). But don't get too comfortable, cause it will have some mods made to it next week so it is fair for all!!!!!! Track will be closed tue, wed, thur, to get worked on, and will reopened Fri. April 17 for practice for the Pro Series race!!!

Zix, it's smooth but you can push your finger into the dirt in 95% of the track, bt the main's grip is way up, get's loose during the heat's water will be a big help.

The long term forecast is not looking very good at this time, hopefully that will change for the better.

You are welcome to come out this weekend, and I'll show you exactly what Kevin and I have decided to do. I'll be working on the layout next Tue, Wed. I could always use an extra man behind a shovel or rake.

Kevin(owner of Whitehouse) and I have been in close contact w/Carlton on these and many other concerning questions. The layout changes we have decided on, far exceeds the changes that Carlton expects.

This is the first ProSeries event at this facility, but I believe it will go over w/out any major incidents. We should have a great ProSeries event.

I am sure whatever you guys do will take it to another level. I wish I could take credit for it. The track is awesome now, but with what changes you have discussed with me it will be even better. Good Job Dan and Co.

I have been keeping an eye on the weather, so far the worst has passed, we got dumped on about an hour agao and it looked to be about 9pm at night, it got pretty bad, we had rain last week and the track was in prime shape the next day, the weather station show's the worst to be gone, and by tommorrow 65 deg and sunny sky's, we will get to the track in the morning to prep anything that is needed for a good day of racing. I will keep the thread up to date on the hour on how things are looking.

Not trying to be a inspector!! Just wondered what the rules are?? I have heard way to many rumors (ie. running the existing layout backwards etc.) just wondering what Carlton has told the Tracks what is expected. I figured, if someone would explain it......

No Problem Chief Inspector Clusso (Pink Panther for all you youngsters) j/k.
Come over to the "Hobby Coffin" (my gigantic pit trailer) take a #, and I'll show you the new layout. It goes the same direction, just change a few lanes, directions, jumps, and pipe, ie; new layout.
