Yeah. Maybe next time I need new bearings I'll give it a shot. I'm just a little hesitant to spend $40 for 8 wheel bearings when I can get 8 for $8 instead.

I use Avids also they are sweet. I use the revolutions everywhere but the clutch. I use the black rubber 1 sided in there, only because they dont make a double metal shielded for the D8 CB. You can use rubber shielded bearings in the clutch and get better longevity out of them on a carbon clutch that is taken care of but I recommend double metal shields on an alum clutch. Just my expierence.

Ceramics are NOT worth the extra investment imo......If the price were more realistic...they would sell Alot more of them....and i KNOW they are cheeper then even the 1$ a piece version's if you buy enough and know the right people.

I agree with Integra, for offroad, ceramics aren't worth it. Get the Revolutions from Avid, of something similar from one of the other brands, and you should be fine. I just switched over to the Avid and I am loving them. I do have some ceramics but I put those in my TC.
