Default glow plug problem

Hi guys,
as the title states i have a problem with glow plugs. I'm running a 1 litre old axe motor rossi cobra engine with the turbo head and i cant get my plugs to last. my first plug lasted me 5 or 6 tanks. The second lasted 2 tanks, and my last one lasted a grand total of 30 seconds before it failed.

Whats going on? is it mixture setting or is it the fuel type. my first batch of fuel was 5% with 20% oil content for breakin and my regular fuel is 25% nitro with 10% oil and the tune is good when its running, plenty of smoke and plenty of snap. I know glow plugs are a consumable but id expect them to last longer than 30 freakin seconds.

First thing that comes to my mind is a sloppy conrod or rear bearing is failing.

What plug are you running, the cobra has a special exhaust system (buster or something it is called), it requires a cold plug or you will blow them all day long, make sure you use the axe 7 which is the cold plug.
