MAXX Owners help

I have cracked two fuel tanks in less that a week on my Tmaxx! Has anyone else had this problem?

Try mounting tank with a small rubber o'ring between leg and chassis. I've never had that prob with mine.

Get creative and mount a buggy style tank in it. It can be done.

I broken at least 5 tanks. last one was the new pro-line long run tank,
it lasted about 20mn.
You can ether go with aluminum witch I could have paid for buy now, or an ofna LX tank. You'll have to move your battery somewhere else, That's the part that worries me is leaving the battery exposed.
If you keep trying big air with a T-maxx expect to break a few things.
Good luck.

I don't own a maxx, but have worked on many, and the tanks do suck, so you might want to give this a try, it's something different, can't be any worse than the stock one. put some fat o-rings under the mounting points, then shove a slab of foam under tha tank to absorb shock

try the o rings, they should work. If they dont then you might want to look to see if you have a bent chassis
