I dont live in DFW but I do come here once a month for 3 days. In fact I am here right now. This reminds me. Are there any really good hobby shops near DFW Airport.

Yes, Mikes Hobbies on 35E just north of Belt Line. (Go north on 35E, exit Sandy Lake, and turn around- it is on the southbound access road.)

Prices are almost always better than online!

Of course, "close" is a relative term. It is close in DFW terms, but if you come from a small town it might seem pretty far.

And regarding the original topic... I'm from Fort Worth.

Didn't they just do a full track rebuild? What is the club racing schedule for that track? I'd like to check it out before it goes away.

If you are coming up here I would advise Indy myself, Coo Guys is a absolute beating on your car. Its super slow now that the double is gone. and as someone said on here before it is alot like high speed rock crawling.

Thanks.. The big RCPRO race is coming to Indy soon, but I didn't sign up in time. I'll try to make it Indy on a non-big race weekend. The big races take far too long for me.
