His wasn't. It was sonic welded on the top and then they placed to pieces of extruded plastic over each end. When you pull off the extruded plastic you can see the sonic welds I am talking about. That is where his broke. They should be riveted or more welds.

While mine is not falling apart, it is getting shorter. If you put over 5oz in any drawer at one time, the whole bag turns into a mushy leaning tower of poo.
The drawers have always stuck and not shut so at this point, I just refuse
to get rid of it because I have paid so much for it, I figure I'll run it until I
can light it on fire and throw it in the burn pile.

Its amazing that you pay alot of money for something that is practical and supposed to be durable. The drawers are terrible, they dont close properly even when there is nothing in them. I have e-mailed Chad Phillips at Trinity serveral times to find out about warranty issues and have not heard back from him. Would be nice to hear back from him to aleast get some support on this matter.

I have the OFNA bag its good for the price. Telescoping handle lots of room for a buggy no wheels. Drawers are made of cardboard.

My T8 bag is falling apart. The handles are ripping off and the whole thing is sagging. Very hard to open up the drawers.

The TM bag had the same sagging issues, but took a little longer. The material and overall fit was better also.
